Derby Update!

July brought another first for the Pueblo Derby Dollz: co-ed Roller Derby! The co-ed scrimmage took place in Fort Collins and word on the street is that Annie Ankle Biter really gave the guys a pummeling. Since this wasn't an official bout, but rather a scrimmage, the fact that the final score was not in the Dollz favor does not tarnish their undefeated (at press time) record.

August is shaping up to be a busy month for the Pueblo Derby Devil Dollz. The Jailhouse Jawbreakers will travel August 7th to OD's Sports Crossing in Ft. Collins to battle the Choice City Rebels. Two weeks later, August 21st, both the Jawbreakers and the Renegade Rollers will have bouts at the Douglas County Fairgrounds.

And, finally back at home, catch the Jawbreakers during the Colorado State Fair at the Event Center on August 27th, when they face Denver's Rocky Mountain Roller Girls. The Renegade Rollers will have bout that same day, facing the High City Derby Divas.
