Pizza in the Junction

Popular Southside pizza joint, Toni & Joe's, has opened a second location in the Junction. Offering menu staples such as calzones, grinders, and salads along with specialty pizzas, it also offers a full bar and lots of TVs for sports lovers. Notably, their website promises delivery "throughout all of Pueblo."

Muggsy's reborn on the Riverwalk

Muggsy's Inn, a Legendary Bessemer bar that closed its doors in 2004, has been purchased and reopened on the ground floor of a new building on the Riverwalk. Items from the original location, including the bar itself and some furniture, have been refurbished and moved to the new location to lend some continuity. Muggsy's is open daily and offers a full bar and standard bar-food menu.

Raise a Glass for CASA

Eighty/Twenty Wines, Classic Catering, and Bristol Brewing will team up to present a fantastic night of food, wine and beer to benefit CASA. Hearty appetizers, a complementary CASA wine glass, and entertainment by Fireweed are all included in the $30 ticket price.

Whiskey Tastings

The Downtown Bar will offer Friday Night Flights every Friday from 7-10pm. The flights will showcase the similarities and differences of Scotch, Irish, Bourbon and Rye whiskies. Smaller portions and a lower price give the opportunity to try new things. The set price (from $12-$30), will be determined by the whiskies poured that night.

CJ's takes over Zippers

The (spruced up) former Zippers space on Union is now home to CJ's Grill. Serving lunch and dinner, the menu includes sandwiches, salads, meat and seafood entrees and classic bar food. Full bar, including a variety of tap beer.
